This is for the parents of year 9 children who did not receive the HPV 1st vaccine in school this term but you still wish them to have it. Please be clear this is not for the 2nd dose. This will be caught up at a later date.  Please see more information in the letter below Year 9 Letter

This year has been challenging for everyone at Lea Manor High School, not least for our Year 11s, who have spent much of the year preparing for GCSEs in a climate of uncertainty.
