We are committed to ensuring Lea Manor pupils become “lifelong learners”, and intend that parents and pupils should never feel that a complaint will be taken amiss or will adversely affect a pupil or their opportunities. It is our aim to ensure that a concern, difficulty, or complaint is managed sympathetically, efficiently, and at the appropriate level.
In seeking any resolution, it may not always be possible to achieve the anticipated outcomes of all involved. We are fully committed to investigating and addressing every concern, difficulty, or complaint in a positive way and will always review our systems and procedures in the light of matters raised. We ask that incidents or concerns are not posted on social media as this inhibits the school’s ability to undertake a full and fair investigation, can be the cause of misinformation and assumption, and undermines the confidence that pupils and our community have in the work of the School.
